    did work at my property in 2021. The job was to remove branches over hanging my roof, top off a crepe myrtle and trim back over grown shrubs. They did what I asked for but over charges for the shrub trimming and broke a gazing ball without offering to replace it. The following November they did work at the property behind me. First problem-I was NOT CONTACTED about what they were going to do which was to remove branches from MY tree hanging over the other property. They trespassed on MY property without permission. Second issue-the homeowner lied to them about permission given by the township to do what ever she wanted done. Third- they were extremely rude especially the owner, Douglas. They took away my shade canopy by removing too many living branches therefor putting my trees at risk and my property. I would never refer them to another customer. I reported them to the New Jersey Shade Comm. My revenge-I paid an arborist to root feed my trees and they're growing back and healthy. the neighbor can't do anything about the new growth. She'll have to live with it. The reason she did this was because she didn't want leaves in her yard.

    This client neighbor and any neighbor at that is allowed to remove anything overhanging there property without permission. Along as it’s on there property. The neighbor didn’t have to need permission to remove over hanging growth. Whatever issue these 2 neighbors may have had should be between them and not taken out or complained to this company. This company is known for being responsible and owning up any damage they may or may have not caused. They always find a way to make it right no matter the cost. Whether a discounted total price or replacement. In this case that is what happened. Amount for gazing ball was deducted.from total price.
