I have similar comments to Rick. We saw them at Pennsylvania Farm Show in 2014. Great sales pitch. Met at our home, again looked at a 26' x 60' pool, quoted exterior concrete work and interior "diamondbrite finish". As we have since done research, I don't think we had the quartz-based finish put on, a cheaper marble based finish was substituted without our knowledge.Concrete work with prep was barely adequate, and $thousands more than estimated. interior turns out is breaking off walls and pool bottom. tile pieces installed blowing the white finish off exposing brown base underneath. No phone calls, certified mail, and registered mail refused per post office.

I have to say the sales rep did a good job convincing me it was a top notch business. I have owned my own business for 19 years and I really believed him. Soon after the job was completed there were areas where the overlay product had chipped out. I called right away and Mike, my sales rep said," No worries, as soon as the weather gets better we will repair it for you" That was in September of 2015,, to this day I have left 12 messages both through voice and text and still no repair.

I filed a July 21, 2016 complaint with buildzoom. This is a followup. We tried unsuccessfully to get Rockworks to mediate, to no avail We got a default court judgment in the amount of $43,395 dated May 8, 2017. Now we find their PA Attorney General contractor license has expired. Michael Bloom was salesman and we find sole stock holder, Robert Miller was general manager. Expect they will reappear as a new company. I have filed additional complaint with Bureau of Protection, as I am a veteran and a senior citizen. The pool continues to deteriorate!!
