Organized and knowledgeable about all phases of adding a twobedroom addition and rough in for bathroom. Affordable. Gave options. Payed a lot of attention to detail. Good communication. Easily accesable and responded quickly.

Excellent coordinated project, top notch materals and workmanship. A pleasure to do work with David's team. Definitely recommend.

Overall, I am very satisfied with the work on the project. David is very accessible to answer questions or requests about the work being done. He wants to satisfy his clients. The only
compliant I have is that the communication could be better.

I needed a new shower and bathtub. I'm really happy with the job and Rockhouse Construction. David was great to work with. Good communication. The bathroom looks great!

David is friendly and provided all the additional information we needed to make our final decision for our deck rebuild. I will update review later when the work is complete.

I spoke with David, and he seemed very professional, and willing to work with us to build the garage we want. I am waiting for my survey results before I can proceed. However, David's price seemed ok and will consider doing business with him once I can get permission to build.

Although I am satisfied with the work and how nice it looks, the communication regarding delays was less than satisfactory. This was a small project that should not have taken more than a week to complete, however took two months. I am sure much of the delay was due to the coronavirus and the inability to find certain material, however I was never get informed as to the reason for the delays. That said, once our environment improves regarding the virus, I would consider hiring them again as the deck looks good.

Josh and his team not only did exactly what we had agreed upon, Josh was flexible and anticipated issues before they happened. His suggestions were spot on. Any surprises were addressed without me having to ask. Would definitely use them again!

Josh & his crew did a great job installing my rock wall, it's just what I wanted. They arrived early and had the job done in one day. Completely cleaned the area afterwards and even sprayed a grass growing liquid in front and the grass is growing in nicely around the wall area. Highly recommend!

Front lawn thatched and bare spots reseeded. Lawn on both sides of the house redone, leveled, roots removed, loam applied and hydroseeded. Grass came up about 8 days later. Josh came by to check progress when he was in my neighbor hood. Very nice to work with.
