We started Rockland Homes in 1997 as a vehicle to provide well located urban housing that was finished with custom features and yet was at a price-point so as to be affordable to a large percentage of the home-buying public.
I believe that clients love working with us because of the we-simply put-take care of business. We believe in being on site for each of our projects on a daily basis and focusing on the specific details that are important to the customer. We've always said that we're in the 'happiness business', and we work tirelessly to ensure that we reach that level.
While our general focus is on build-to-suit projects in Dallas neighborhoods such as Oak Lawn, Uptown, Knox-Henderson, Preston Hollow and Park Cities, we also have completed substantial addition/remodel projects within those same neighborhoods and throughout north Dallas.

Rockland Homes made the entire process of building my home a professional and seamless experience from approving the elevation down to selecting the final touches inside and out. I was always consulted on every decision, they accommodated my heavy travel schedule while building and made the entire process more pleasure than work. I have been in my house for 12 years now and am still proud of the quality workmanship and design that Rockland built for me.

I was lucky enough to build two houses with Tim with Rockland Himes. Both times were very enjoyable. I had allot of freedom in the creative process and resulted in two beautiful homes. Both were great spaces for entertaining or just chillin at home. Also both homes were great investments. Both sold the first day they went on the market and set new comps for the neighborhood.

We were not the first owners of this home so cannot address the building process. I can definitely say as a buyer, Rockland homes rocks! We bought it the first day on the market and have been delighted with our home. The quality and workmanship are excellent. The design and features inside and outside of the house are exceptional. It is beautiful, liveable, and a pleasure to be in. I have had a few questions over time about the house and when I called, received any information I requested even though I wasn't the first buyer. Incredible customer service and communication.
