We bought a Rockland Home 12/31/2019. It was a sound investment and the home was priced fairly. We lived in the home until the fall of 2021 and decided to sell instead of becoming a landlord. The Rockland home we bought sold for almost 1/3 over the total cost of the home in less than 2 years. Anthony the owner was always helpful and made himself easily accessible to any of our questions. It’s a family business and it felt good to buy from a mom and pop business.

BEWARE! I was one of the two 2019 projects that this builder put on the market. They seem to be known by several associated names which are all in their family: Rockland Homes (licensed), Asher LLC (no license found), Hamid Saeb (seller); The Asher representative was very rude, condescending. After being provided a professional Home Inspection report prior to closing, I was told that "anyone can be a home inspector, they don't know what they're talking about". Insufficient lighting was in the house while looking, therefore my realtor & I were unable to see key details. Doors were hung incorrectly, the living room, kitchen, and master bedroom ceiling were cracked and stained, there is a bulging wall in the master bedroom. They provided sloppy painting, and refused to clean the house prior to moving in. One of the kitchen cabinets is not hung correctly so one of the doors is scraping the edge of the microwave. The dishwasher is not secured under the counter, air conditioner condenser base is torn, inside air quality has particles floating in the air (small particles that resemble insulation bits, and seem to drop from the ceiling)... and more! They refuse to provide written builder warranties, roof warranties, A/C warranties at the closing or walk through. BEWARE!

This builder does not care about your property if he is building by you. They put up a mesh divider and nailed it directly into my fence. I called and left a message letting them know they need to fix it and get it off my property the owner had no apologies and really no care for what had happened. He said they would have it fixed that afternoon and it was not fixed. When the land was being cleared a pipe was ripped out of our yard and then when they couldn't get well information on our property they decided to just dig up our yard to look for our well. No respect and no concern from this builder. If they do that to my existing property imagine what they would do to your new property.
