    Roof Replacement
    $10,000

I had a similar experience to the customer whose roof was replaced. He took his time to replace it and lied about speaking with the assessor on getting fully compensated which never happened. Two years later I had another roofer check for damage after some bad weather and he was SHOCKED at the quality of workmanship and all the rubbish in the gutters plus all the nails were coming out.

After hail last year I filed a claim and the assessor was SHOCKED at the quality of workman ship and agreed to compensate for a new roof. Please avoid this contractor at all costs.

    Master bathroom remodel
    $8,500

So Jason came to our house in November 2019. He did some window replacement and trim on the outside of the house. He was perfect. His attention to detail was great and we decided to give him more work. Jason designed our master bathroom. Did a new layout. He personally built our vanity cabinets. He had an amazing painting crew. He helped with colors and things we didn't think we're even doable in our situation. We would highly recommend using Jason. We gave him a smaller job at first to use caution... But Jason has totally earned our trust! We will be calling him again for our kitchen!

Terrible person! He took my money and did not start the project. Please avoid him at all! I shoulder listen to my gut from the beginning. He is a thief and need to be in jail!

This company has closed and I wonder why. He replaced my roof and took a long time and even spun a story he spoke with the assessor and I would get compensated for the full amount from insurance. That never eventuated.
Several years later I got my regular roofer to check for any damage and he was shocked at the quality of workmanship. Rubbish in the gutters, the shingles were too small and nails coming out.
I had hail damage and made a claim and the assessor was also shocked at the quality of workmanship and told me never to use Jason again!!
    This guy is bad news!!!

    Kitchen Remodel

This contractor did a wonderful job for us. We were hesitant when starting the project and Jason was very honest about his past business failures. He came early, worked hard and stayed late. His work is AMAZING and our kitchen is wonderful. We HIGHLY recommend Jason and will have him back to do more in the near future!

    Remodel master bathroom

At first everything seemed fine, Jason did a few small jobs and then once we moved to the big job he needed money for materials and ran off with $1700 never to be heard from again. My attorney couldn't even find him because he has so many aliases.

Response from Rocks construction LLC January 28, 2019
Samantha, not sure what happened here.  Not only has Rocks Construction been closed over 3 years, but Jason has no record of Samantha or any bank statements with any $1700.00 deposits.  Even more suspicions...I know the daughter of one of my past business experiences, is S. Phillips?  You can reach me via email any time.  [email protected]. Have your attorney contact me right away, sounds like someone may have been using a false name and you have been tricked?  I have lived in the same community for 9 years and only always use one name.  Please contact me right away!

    Build a fence

Jason took money up front, used it to complete other projects. Then slowed played my job of replacing our fence, and when he finally got around to it, he used material not agreed on. and he has not bothered to come back and do warranty work that he promised to do. I knew where he lived and stopped by many times to talk to him about completing the work. Each and every time he lied to my face about coming to do the work. He has since moved and I'm sure it is to cover his tracks on many jobs. This guy is BAD news!!

Response from Rocks construction LLC January 28, 2019
This project was started and completed in November of 2013.  November 19 to the 22nd to be precise.  Mr. Patterson hired Rocks Construction and we started a week later than initially planned, due to the previous customers job taking a few days longer to complete.  Rocks Construction was in contact with Kevin Patterson, and as a kind gesture for waiting for the start date, Rocks Construction used a pre-stained picket and materials.  This was an additional cost and no charge was made to Mr. Patterson.  All of the work was permitted and completed in 2013.  I am attaching photos of My. Patterson's fence completed with time stamps on the photos.  Rocks Construction has a 1 year workmanship warranty.  The company closed down in 2015, because of a bad partnership.  However, because Mr. Patterson was a neighbor, of Jason, he would go out of his way, several years later, to walk by my home and ask me to honor a warranty some 4 years past it's expiration.  I moved from Creekside at Preston, because of the rezoning of the school boundaries and i have 5 children. My wife and I made the difficult decision to move. https://photos.app.goo.gl/Ebcr4cp4idSUtH9c6 I didn't get the impression I was"BAD news!!" Or at least I  couldn't have been so bad considering Mr. Patterson called me back out for a roof inspection asking the price of repair for wind damage is home suffered in the 2015 storm Unfortunately, Rocks Construction LLC. is no longer in business

    bathroom remodel
    $7,000
    120 days

Avoid this contractor at all costs! Jason Rock talks a good game, but that is the end of his admirable qualities. After 3 months of working on a 2-week bathroom remodel project, the job still wasn't done. His lack of presence and attention to detail and having a crew that didn't have the ability to do the job correctly caused even Jason himself to say "this work is unacceptable, I'm embarrassed, I'll tear it all out and start again". Of course, that didn't happen! Jason left that day and never showed up again. He has refused to respond to phone calls, texts and emails. Don't fall for Jason's lies and aggressive project pricing to entice you in, you'll regret it! Short answer is that Jason has no integrity and is a thief!

Tim, Tim Montgomery? , on the"M" streets in Dallas Tim? The wonderful customer, I replaced his roof for and did a wonderful bathroom remodel for? I dislike the fact you paid me in full for the work and said wonderful things about me to your neighbors which led to additional work for them. Yet you said such negative things here. My email is the same and my phone numbers are too. Unfortunately, your project was the last one Rocks Construction LLC. ever did, as we began a new series of projects in Houston. The company's Owners had a falling out and shortly closed that year. I never stated anything about redoing your work... I never got the impression that you had any dislike with your project. Here are the photos if the completed work... https://photos.app.goo.gl/AfdVZBqS8iNkq76U9 Please let me know what I can do now to fix your issues. I am honestly surprised by your negative comments online. However, thank you for the additional work you gave me at your other home and thank you for the referral to your neighbor.
