I am very disappointed and ANGRY. Over a YEAR ago, I showed Tyree G. Heifner around my yard and suggested SEVERAL projects I wanted him to do. I told him he was the ONLY landscaper I was contacting because he has done work for one of my neighbors. I asked for an estimate. A couple weeks later, he claimed that he emailed it to me; I claim that I never received it. I asked him to send it to me via U.S. Postal Service and never received it. I left him a voice mail message and sent a message directly to the Rocky Creek website. NEVER heard a word. A MONTH ago, he was back at the neighbors working and he said he would bring or mail me the estimates & recommendations. I NEVER received them. Well, TODAY, he was back at the neighbors and I reminded him that I had not received any info. I also reminded him that I am hoping to SELL my house and wanted these projects done. He said he didn't have any time! WHY did he wait more than a YEAR and keep ME HANGING ON. He knew that I did NOT intend on calling other landscapers. I SHOULD HAVE. NOW, I have lost more than a YEAR of progress on getting things planted and growing!!!

Amazing to work with, and friendly to boot. These landscapers have left us with a beautiful home that gets complemented by all who walk by. Very friendly and fair to deal with. Highly recommend.

We have used Rocky Creek Landscaping for several years. We did live in Polk City and he landscaped our yard up there and we loved it. We now live in Urbandale and he has all done all of our Landscaping in this yard Tuesday and has done a great job. Tae and his wife Theresa work together and are a great family team. We trust him completely and love the work he does.
