The warranty is in the paint product that the customer chooses. I never apply one coat. I apply as many as it takes to seal the surface properly. As far as price I only give Estimates in person and never gave this person an estimate. Thanks, Tom

Not even close to other 'professional' paint companies. Wanted $4,125. for a $2,800. Paint project (that's the average of 3 other bids) offered only 1 coat and 1 yr. less warranty than the others, and then wouldn't even respond to my email response.
