Rocky installed a beautiful horizontal grey-stained fence on our property and also our neighbor's. Rocky was very accommodating with our needs. With his good ol' Texas kindness, he and his excellent crew accomplished the task to our satisfaction. He gives a 5 year warranty and the process was pretty easy and affordable.

This is one outstanding crew of workers with this contractor. The fence (8' board-on-board) looks wonderful, and appears solid enough to withstand the fierce winds that occasionally blow down fences here in North Texas. The pre-stained wood, the 2" x 6" "rot" board along the bottom, the top-cap and double layer of trim, plus the gate and it's hardware, all carry a comforting guarantee of 5 years. During the two-day process, three of my neighbors came by to pick up one of the business cards.

Rocky and his crew were great, they got in did the job and cleaned up afterwards, the great thing was he was the lowest bid and did great work, he hand dip stains his pickets using Ready Seal Stain, and GUARANTEES his work for five years.. I checked his references and they were all positive, he even builds allot of fences for the Town of Flower Mound. As well as my board on board dipped stained fence, he built me a Wrought Iron Fence around my pool which turned out great and with a 20 yr warranty. I would recommend him to anyone.

I’m really disappointed. First, the crew tried to put posts on my side instead of my neighbor’s side. I have noticed accidentally, asked them why they are going to change the posts’ position and they could not explain. Finally, they installed the fence NOT on the property line. I realized that only when I noticed that one of my sprinklers is behind the fence and watering neighbor’s lawn. I contacted Mr. Runnels, he promised to come for two weeks and discuss the problem, but his promises failed to materialize. I believe he cannot keep his word and cannot guarantee anything.
