  Rod and his crew did an outstanding job on our home modification project. He was very communicative and kept us in the loop every step of the way, making sure we were a part of all decision making. He demonstrated excellent quality of workmanship and we are very pleased with the end result. Would definitely recommend!

  disablity ramp

  Rodney Beck seems to have very little clue as to how to do his Job. He was to install a handicap ramp at my place. There was no permit gotten as required by County. The ramp was not put in as zoning spec required. He refuses to fix his mistakes and now as a disabled military veteran with the little money I need to pay to get it fixed.

  Very unprofessional! He came to measure, apparently didn't write his measurements down. A few weeks later called to asked me to measure bathroom while I was at a funeral (I told him where I was) within a half hour he called again while I was in church. He had to be micro managed the whole time. He was not going to use adhesive to lay vinyl, also had to fix numerous things. He was sub-contracted through a company that upgrades for handicap clients. He reassured me that he checked on permits and none were needed, after some of the work was done I found out permits were needed, and I could be fined. I also had the country I live in put records from the last 3 years...he has not had any permits issued, but of course was telling me at time of bids different jobs and work he has done and said he does a lot of work in the area! Some of the work he bragged about did include changes to the structure. Yet no permits issued!
  It also has taken WAY to long to get the work completed due to him not being prepared. The contract was signed the beginning of October 2015 and it is still incomplete end of February 2016. Instead of ordering everything needed at one time he would complete part of the work realize he needed something to complete and order then. He did finally get the permit 2/26/16 because I made him! That might be the reason he has to travel 3 hours to find work.
