Worst experience I've ever had with a contractor! If he gives you a low bid it's because he's going to nail you with added extras!! He lied multiple times, was caught damaging our supplies, and never finished the job!!!

He lied about having a PA license plus other lies. Wanted cash instead of a check. I did not let him do the repair and he owes me $4000. Last I heard he was in Jail.
