Right Choice HVAC is terrible. had Unit installed, which now we understand is subcontracted out. installation techs were horrible, very unpleasant to be in our home. The unit hasn't worked right for over 1 year. had several call outs rebalanced, blew out return line, etc. AC cuts off, water in the tray (once we took out 8 gallons of water). drip line came apart (was cut during installation) found NO glue between connectors and pipe. leaked into downstairs family room. The ceiling is a mess! Rodney said someone would be here this was 2 weeks ago, won't call us back, sent him videos, photos, etc. sent a text message even a private message on Facebook. BEWARE of using the services.
