I was referred to this plumber by my brother to install a kitchen faucet. He came in and installed it in less than half hour, he charged me $120, so because I was amazed by the timely manner, I even gave him $20 extra. A few days later, the faucet was loose and kept getting worse as we used it. I texted him and it took him a few days to come and fix it. A few days later, same thing, only this time he promises to come fix it but he doesn’t show up. This was over a month ago. I had to call a plumber to get this fixed because we couldn’t wait for Rigo to fix his faulty installation. The new plumber charged me $40, and I also gave him $20 because he was in and out in 15 minutes, plus he told me what Rigo did wrong, and how that was a rookie mistake. So $200 in labor, here I am writing this review. I will contact Rigo for a refund and if he doesn’t pay, I will have to contact the state contractors licensing board. To put it mildly, I couldn’t have Thanksgiving dinner at my house this year because the kitchen faucet wasn’t working properly.
