We exchanged text messages and I confirmed a date and time, the morning of the appointment. In the afternoon a message was sent stating "on my way", which I did not respond to. Rodriguez then did not leave or make the appointment we confirmed in the morning. I have not heard from him again.

******BEWARE ****This guy is a huge scammer he asked for half of the money down upfront. Most companies asked for 13%. He Lied and said he was licensed and insured. He Told us he would get the permit do the project in less than a week. He never grabbed the materials. He never disbursed of the trash. We basically pay this guy to show up drink Coca-Cola and give us a half done job. We called the city to find out he was NOT licensed and insured. Apparently, he owes money in order to re-activate his license. He’s a fraud! Taking advantage of people‘s hard earned money! You bet we’re taking this to the full extent! If we don’t call it out, he’ll just keep going! This needs to stop!
