Rogall Flooring

Jason did an awesome job with my flooring needs. There were several challenges... bedrooms where the floors needed to be built up to match the level of the living room floor. Tile removal. Removal of colored concrete in the kitchen and dining room. Floating to level the living room, dining room and kitchen floors as much as possible. Grinding of concrete in the master bedroom. Nothing in the house was level... even the walls were built at a slight angle. Thanks to Jason and his crew, I now have beautiful laminate floors throughout my house. Visually very appealing, with smooth transitions between the rooms! Jason is a perfectionist, and it shows in his work. He was very easy to work with, and was very good at coming up with solutions to meet my needs and desires. If I ever need flooring work again, I will definitely be using Rogall Flooring. The results far exceeded my expectations!

Buyer be aware, Jason Rogall represents his company as "the best of the best", he says he is not the cheapest but he is the best. He promised a two (2) week period of time to complete our project and a joint site inspection to insure one-hundred percent customer satisfaction. Jason Rogall abandoned our job after starting and stopping over the course of over seven (7) weeks. His excuse for not completing our project is because our contractor did not purchase enough materials, NOT TRUE. The fact of the matter is we needed 6' of baseboard to finish our project. I drove three (3) hours to purchase baseboard. Upon my return to the job site I decided to look in the trash cans to see if there was enough material discarded by Mr. Rogall and there was. Mr. Rogall did not lay out our pattern properly which resulted in us having to accept a "patchwork quilt" instead of the "most beautiful floor imaginable" as promised by Mr. Rogall.

Extremely impressed with Jason and his crew! We were undertaking a huge project in replacing all of our flooring in our 3,200 sq ft home and were quite overwhelmed with all the options, stains, underflooring, etc that goes along with it! We researched numerous flooring contractors, wanting to make the BEST decision that would give us a reliable floor that will last a VERY long time! When we met with Jason, he was very knowledgeable about the ins and outs of flooring and his expertise really shined through. He was able to answer question after question from us with much patience and care to go over every detail. His dedication to industry and his clients was easy to see so that made an easy choice to go with him for our huge job. We are SO pleased we did! He and his crew treated our home as if it was their own. They were always courteous, on TIME, and was meticulous in keeping a clean job site. The outcome was extraordinary! We now have beautiful hardwood floors throughout our entire home and get compliment after compliment from family and friends. If we ever have flooring needs in the future, Rogall Flooring will be out top choice!

Could not be happier with our new flooring from Rogall Flooring! We were looking for a quality contractor who would take the time and care we desired to make sure our floors were perfect and worry free. In the handful of contractors we contacted for our flooring project, half would not answer your questions fully without pulling teeth to get it out of them, or they lacked the knowledge to be able to give us a 100% understanding of different products and materials. Jason of Rogall Flooring was always available either via phone call or in person to help us make decisions and guide us toward a reliable product and floor that will be long lasting and durable for a busy household. Jason and his team made it a priority to make sure we felt part of the whole process and gave us reports on progress. Our floors turned out gorgeous! We are simply in love and makes our whole home refreshed and polished looking. Will be contacting Rogall Flooring again to help us with our vacation rental home!
