Wow this contractor is awesome!!
We had an idea of what we were looking to gain but no clear ideas on the detail's. Roger came and listened to our ideas and suggested some things that just made sense. He gave us a bid and scheduled our start date. from that point on it was amazing to see how well things got done. Every detail was polished. It was clear his sub-contractors worked with each other many times before and respected each others work. They seemed to truly enjoy working on Rogers jobs and the end result shined. My wife and I are more than happy to give Chase construction the highest possible rating.

Incompetent Contractor who is red-flagged by the city of Salt Lake, for "cutting corners" and changing things after inspections have passed. Completely unable to properly schedule a job and adequately relay the status and information of that job to sub-contractors. When he shows up on the job site, he is irritable and intoxicated; and unable to answer any questions about the project. There is a reason he uses the same sub-contractors all the time; and it is because everyone else wants a GC who doesn't compromise their work and damage the work of other trades. As a licensed professional with nearly 25 years in the construction industry, and over 10 years owning my own business; I worked with Roger Chase once, and will NEVER work with him again; regardless of the circumstances.
