    Install flooring

    I don’t recommend this contractor. While his team was in my home two guns were stolen. I do not let anyone in my home for any reason except to have work done. I haven’t had a visitor in over 5 years. He denied that his team stole my guns however it’s not possible that anyone else did it. I’m out $1,200 worth of guns and the workmanship was mediocre at best. Avoid this company.

    Like another client, Dale McCain “started” a back yard remodel project and continued to STALL when it came to providing a legit contract. He accepted thousands of dollars for materials and never moved forward with the project. While essentially stealing all the money, he left my backyard in shambles ! He is a FRAUD by every sense of the word! DO NOT hire this “contractor”. He consistently asked for $$; rarely responded to calls and texts and has insubordinate “carpenters” who know NOTHING about tools or driving a nail!! He makes false claims about his “work” and uses substandard materials while claiming “special order high quality” materials. I have all the photographs proving a kindergartner can surpass McCain’s workmanship! There is a LINE of folks who’ve filed claims for Breach of Construction Services ! Do NOT hire this individual to even drive a nail for you!

    My son and I were looking for someone to renovate a house in west point Georgia. He said he would get started then we could work on the contract later. This was 9/25/2018. The work was started. We keep asking for a contract, and he keep putting us off. On Dec 18,2018 I found his crew was not fixing things they were covering them up with Luan. So far he has gotten about $40,000.00 dollars and the job is not half finished .We called him several times to get together with no avail

    Roger Dale McCain DOES NOT have a business license, insurance, and is illegally operating under the guise of a General Contractor. Dale McCain has been reported to the Better Business Bureau, the State Commisioners Office, the County Commisioners Office, as well as a number of additional state and federal agencies.

    BE AWARE!

    Dale is actively performing ILLEGAL work in the state of Georgia. He is primarily operating within Muscogee and Harris County in the state of Georgia.

    If any additional information can be submitted from former clients there is an active Civil Suit filed against Dale McCain for fraud, illegally operating without a license or insurance, and posing as a certified General Contractor, in addition to a plethora of charges. Please contact the Muscogee County Court House to provide additional information or request the addition of substantiating information regarding the Civil Suit.
