He was very dishonest. He always tried to scam and he stole materials we paid for. Don't use him ,he will rip you off. He wouldn't sign contract because he said that would make him responsible for any problems. Duh, that's what a contractor is supposed to do. Fired him after he stole many materials and lied about them.
