Horrible experience. In a nutshell, I have been legally robbed by this so called “contractor.” I Recently reported to the DBPR.
After months of no progress and ongoing issues with leaks in my home, speaking to several contractors and legal counsel, I have accepted I have to move forward with another company to “fix” this new construction build. Going to cost me roughly $10k to be able to get a completed “proper job” and closed permit. Every single professional who has looked at this job (including the engineer who did the drawing) has just shook their heads. I honestly can not believe I am even in this mess right now.
