For starters we only do roofing or work involving your roof, no windows or kitchen remodeling here. We are focused on our craft and continue to improve on what we know best ROOFING. As a member of the El Paso Better Business Bureau and Angie's List, we are proud to say we’ve never had an unresolved complaint lodged against us. Our company is family owned, operated and named so you know exactly who you are working with. We are also small with intent, this allows us to be able to give you the personalized attention you deserve. Unlike companies that come and go under different names we’ve been here for over 30 yrs. We live and raise our families here in El Paso Texas just like you.

Roger inspected our roof and found hail damage.
Roger inspected our roof (20-year-old T-lock shingles) and advised us to file a claim for hail damage. He made sure to be present when the insurance adjuster came. Because T-lock is no longer made, Allstate paid for a full replacement except for our deductible. The same day as the adjuster came, Roger had a contract for us to sign with a scheduled date. On the agreed upon day, his crew showed up and completed the work with complete professionalism.
At every step of the process, from our asking for an inspection to the completion of the roof replacement, I was impressed by Roger's professionalism and punctuality. I was amazed that once the work started, his crew took just 1 1/2 days to complete the job! This was a large crew and they were carefully choreographed. We were concerned that our back yard be cleaned at the end of each day; we have dogs, and they need to be able to relieve themselves. Roger's crew made sure that the yard was immaculate at the end of both days. The new roof looks great. Of course, a major home repair is always a hassle, but this was about as pleasant an experience as possible! I highly recommend Roger Romero Roofing, and I've already praised him to a neighbor who probably has similar hail damage. -

Roger has done two houses for us. Very honest and fair. Workmanship is above what other contractors have provided. He even sends you pictures of the before, during and after so you can see what he did. Very satisfied.

The owner was very unprofessional! After getting the runaround we had to cancel his contract which delayed the project. When I finally got ahold of him, he hung up on me. Our insurance company required a cancellation letter in order to reissue the 1st check to our new contractor which took several more weeks. My husband had to track him down to get him to acknowledge the cancellation notice. It was an awful experience.
