I found Roger Nodzo to be entirely professional and exceptionally helpful.
When I was forced to postpone our installation a couple of weeks due to a pest problem, not only did Roger willingly reschedule, but he sent me a text with some advice regarding that issue.
Two weeks later when Roger and his apprentice John arrived at my home, they worked together calmly, efficiently, and neatly installing my new fixtures even though they encountered some problems that prevented easy installations. Never did they seem discouraged or frustrated; rather Roger and John worked together until the problem was rectified and I was completely satisfied.
I especially enjoyed employing a man who was not only an electrician but a teacher, and an apprentice who was both a willing and talented student.
