This plumber is the worst on earth. We contracted Roger Strnad (Rogers Plumbing & Contracting) to test our old heating and air system last year in October 2010. We suspected that there is a gas leak. He came in and perform the test and said there is a gas leak but don't know where. He replaces all my gas pipe to the street and suggested we should change the heating and cooling system as well. Being new in this area, we trusted his professionalism and agreed to the replacement of the system. He installed the furnace but didn't finish all the electric and piping for furnace and left. The AC section of the system, he use a cartboard box as a temporary tunnel for the heat to get to my air duct. He charged us $5,800 for the entire system and only did 1/3 of the work. We paid him in cash of $5,000 including a $2,000 deposit to get the AC system parts. But he never show up since last December, when he came back to check on the system. We call him numerous times but he continuously ignore our phone calls. Now it comes to a point we just want our money back and get on to our life. Very dishonest person. PLEASE NEVER USE HIM. He is a fraud.
