Rolando’s and his team were friendly, very helpful in replacing both our old interacted air conditioning unit upstairs and replacing a split system in the office. They arrived on time, talked us through the process and even cleaned up when they finished. Very happy with the job.

I asked Rolando’s H.V.A.C to take a look at my a.c unit because it was not working properly. The owner came out personally and checked my unit). He gave me some options about repair or replacing it and did a nice job with some maintenance. I liked the fact that he did not pressure me into replacing it. Rolando’s and crew were super responsive, came ahead of schedule, and communicated well. Listened to all symptoms I was having and diagnosed the problems quickly, repaired, cleaned, and recharged my AC for very reasonable rate. And super nice guys. Appreciate good service techs, will use them again.

I have not hired a heating contractor up to now, and I do not have experience, but this guy did everything to fixed our heating system and I am really thankful ! Definitely recommend this HVAC contractor.

I called Rolando’s to fit an aircon in my office at my workshop. I spoke to the receptionist and she was able to guide me efficiently to what would work for me and the business. he had a wealth of knowledge and he was very informative and direct. Needless to say, a technician promptly came out and fit everything. I can't thank them enough for coming so quickly especially with the heat that has hit. I received Rolando’s as a referral from a co worker that has used them for some time to service their air conditioning system. My A/C unit went down late at night and my company that installed the unit 3 years ago is small and the owner/team were out of town on another job. I called Rolando’s on Saturday morning at 10 and they scheduled me for the same afternoon. He was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. He took the time to explain everything to me (thankfully it was nothing major, just more so a lack of me staying on top of the routine maintenance required). I signed up for their twice a year inspection program to ensure this doesn't happen again. Very happy with the whole experience!

Needed a water heater replaced and technician Rolando’s came by on time and ready to work. He answered the questions I had professionally and with full acknowledgement of the topic. He explained clearly on the work he was performing and offered great tips about maintenance. We will definitely be going through this company again based on this experience. Really appreciate the work and hospitality especially in light of current events.

Have used Rolando’s for several small and larger installations. Couldn’t be happier with the ongoing support throughout the process. Every question answered along the way and knew exactly how much I was up for with no unexpected ‘extras’.

After dealing with Rolando’s for the new installations I swapped my other maintenance contracts over to TEAM and couldn’t be happier. Also, they have a few female employees working on the tools which is so refreshing to see in a highly male dominated industry. They do need to advertise more as only found out about them from a friend.

They are so professional and are very organized and they have great costumer service
