    In 2011, I wrote a glowing review for Surf City Handyworks. I can no longer recommend him in good conscience. I paid him for work he never completed. Although I asked him to return our key and materials I paid for, he refused to. When I asked him to do something very specific, he decided, without telling me, to do more than I asked for. When I became angry and reminded him that I was the customer, he said he didn't care who I was - that he had decided he was going to do things his way. While his work in the past has been good, his customer service does not even rate a "1" rating.
