This plumber calls himself "Reliable" on his website but he's FAR from it. He was picked by my home warranty company to fix an urgent issue and he didn't even bother call to make an appointment within the first 24 hours as the home warranty company tells you. When I called he said he'd call me back and let me know when he can come out. And he didn't. I called twice and left messages. When I asked the home warranty to call him, he answered and told the agent and myself that he'd call back in the afternoon to let me know when he can come out. 48 hours passed and he cannot look at a calendar! I waited for him to call that Friday afternoon and the entire weekend but, no calls. Monday morning I call and leave a voicemail, and no response. Finally I get a call from the home warranty company with another plumbers contact info. Roman Sharf Plumbing wasted 4.5 days of time when I needed an urgent gas pipe service during this cold weather. My family didn't have heating, hot water and cooking because he couldn't be bothered to call back or check his calendar. I would not hire his services if it was free and paid me money. Please beware of this plumber. THE absolute worst I've ever had to work with.
