Hired Stan to do two different jobs, he said one would take one day and it has been two weeks and it is still not done. The other job is started and not finished and I just found out it will not pass code. He will not return my calls. He has been paid for both of these jobs.

We received a bid to have the exterior of our home and deck painted. Parts of the job that were included in the bid were initially skipped and we had to fight to have them completed. The overall quality of the work was very poor.

We hired him to bring the basement Windows to code. We gave him a deposit of 50% of the job. For 3 weeks after that we had several promises to come do the job and he never showed. It's been a month now since last contact with him and he has yet to return the $$ or complete the job. Do not hire him he is a fraud & will run with your money too.

Stan Romero - Quality was horrible. Nothing level or straight. Sloppy work, He doesn't know code compliant construction. Cant or wont read plans or follow specifications. He doesn't check his laborers work (just laborers from Home Depot - No Skills = Bad Result. Destroyed our floors, and framing and window flashing cant pass inspection.
Don't pay him until job is done !!!! He is a crook, and will disappear leaving you with garbage work that has to be redone by a skilled person. Run Away don't let him screw you too.
