Highly professional, cost effective. For the same kitchen remodel work, Homedepot or other contractors asked me 15% more $. The owner is very friendly.

Romilly Services truly went above and beyond to provide exceptional service on a project we had been waiting for the right contractor to do. We went through several contractors explaining our ideas and dreams for the project and to say this company went above and beyond for our project is an understatement. The crew was very professional and showed up on time each day ready to complete the project. We were talked through each step in the process and it was very fair pricing. I will definitely be hiring Romilly Services again and recommend their services to everyone in the Middlesex area.

We did not have a good experience with this contractor. Everything started our fairly well, but things went down hill quickly. He would tell us he was showing up and then wouldn't come by for many days in a row which dragged a small project out to almost a year (in that time my brother had an ENTIRE house built). The disorganization was very frustrating. he would forget what he charged us for and what was outstanding and even with our very organized spreadsheet tracking everything for each payment or amendment he would forget what the check covered and then say we owned him for something already paid for.
We had to have a lot of work redone, too which is very frustrating. And we had to hire an electrician after he finished who said the previous work was done incorrectly which is why fuses were blowing in the new bathroom we had done. Avoid the headaches hire someone else!
Also, his business card says he has a license to oversee structural work. Turns out his license expired years ago.

We hired Kent Romilly and it was a complete mistake and extremely poor experience. After 5-months of delays, contradictory stories, excuses, multiple calls and emails to get a reply; Romilly abandoned the job. Don’t hire or give any money to this guy!
