They are IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of. I've contacted them at least 20 times and left around 5-10 different messages over a period of 1 month and have yet to get a hold of them. The only reason I even worked with them was because I ordered my office blinds through Lowes and they are contracted with this installer. I will never ever work with these people again. EXTREMELY unprofessional. They did the blind install, which in itself took forever because again the contacting part was the issue, and when the blinds were installed it turns out that one of the blinds wasn't installed correctly and it completely falls down. This blind is fairly large and it obviously needed more bracket support, which they agreed with when they came out months later to examine it. They were supposed to put in the bracket order on April 8, 2015 which is when they came in, and it's May 13, 2015 today and I still have yet to hear from them after my numerous calls and messages. I just don't understand how you can run a business like this. If you don't want to answer your phone, then at least do the job right the first time around!! Lowes really should remove them from their subcontractor list and use the other subcontractors they have on file. That's exactly what I'm going to do. Bypass these people all together. This project was started on September 30, 2014 and is STILL ongoing!!!! Seriously?!?!?!?!? All due to lack of communication, incorrect measurements that had to be re-ordered, and now a missing bracket.
