Highly recommended for their service. Unhappy with their policy of no partial refunds for failed attempts to solve a problem. I paid the first plumber they sent; turned out he had slowed the problem but not solved it. Second plumber they sent solved the problem and even told me up front it would cost more than usual because the necessary part was more expensive than the standard ones used; I agreed. Happily paid the second bill. Unhappily met with a complete refusal to even discuss a partial refund on the first call.
So, I'm a fan of their service; I give them a zero for their policies and would call them again only if I couldn't find someone else to solve my problem. I thought only surgeons got paid for failed procedures.
