Worst custom home builder hands down. Only builder in San Antonio area, that will charge to give you an estimate, as far as I know. Will tell you he will be in almost every meeting with the architect, to guide you through the process, He was there only once, to collect the 5000 dollars check. He uses unsafe practices for foundation engineering, claims its free, but will charge you for it and never present the engineering report when requested, Will tell you he will give you credit for the 5000 dollars if you selected him as a builder, but he never shows it on dotted line all he says its there.
Run away if you can, there are many other builders in San Antonio that are better and honest about the whole process. We did, and lost in the process over 10000 dollars, and caused us huge delay.
