They did a screen enclosure, gutters and elite roofing for my home. I was very impressed with their quality of work and ease of contacting the office to ask questions. WE signed a contract April 7, 2020. We finally got the patio poured June 16. But the enclosure has yet to be added and this is nearly August. I checked the status of the building permit online and saw that it had been denied at first because the specs were wrong on the drawing. It was resubmitted and approval from the county was contingent on more details that RonL needed to submit. Then it ends. RonL dropped the ball, the permit is still in limbo and we have an unfinished project. I have left at least 8-10 messages and Christine, identified on the answering machine, never has returned a call. Netty, the salesperson, returned calls for a couple of weeks but then she stopped. We are considering paying a lawyer to nullify this contract because of the long, long delays with zero communication. I would not recommend this company.
