As honest as the day is long, that's how I feel about Wess at Ron Moores. Before coming out and charging me (which he could have easily done), he asked some questions and actually walked me through fixing the issue myself! I don't know very many companies that would do that. Keep in mind, this repair was through my Home Warranty Company and I would have only been responsible for my $75 copay. I'm sure there are a lot of companies that would have justified (in their mind) that it was only going to cost me $75 and they could make their "real" money charging the Home Warranty Company. That wasn't the case with Ron Moores. I know if I ever need an "honest electrician" (sounds like an oxymoron!) I'll call Wess at Ron Moores!

By AnonymousApril 17, 2015Change out ceiling fan$14550 days
It was extremely frustrating working with the service company -- service should not be part of their name. It took over 6 weeks to complete job of changing out a ceiling fan and when serviceman said he was finished, he had not finished the job. Rude, didn't return phone calls, not service-oriented in any way -- do not recommend.

I wouldn’t even give him one star if I had an option. He was assigned by choice warranty to come and replace a switch in the circuit breaker. When he came he charged me $65service call that was part of choice copay but never completed the work. He wanted me to order the switch to replace.
Per choice warranty he should have ordered the switch himself and replaced it.Anyways another electrician was assigned by choice. The other electrician changed it instantly without wasting my time or demanding me to order the product.
When I told Wess at Ron Moore that I will leave him a bad review since he didn’t do the job he was assigned for, he told me he will take action against me.
