I would not recommend this company. They came out to my house to fix a problem with a sump pump for a home warranty company - although they fixed the problem their driver backed his work truck into our barn causing damage to the door. The owner of the company Ron was there and was a witness to the damage - it has been a year since it happened and NO ONE will return any of my calls and I have made several attempts to contact the company. The number I have been calling is listed as their office # “24/7” 513-850-1217 I can't believe they don't check those messages. The phone is never answered it always goes to voice mail – just a guess but I suspect there are more people than me that they are dodging. So bottom line is if the owner of this company won't take care of a small item that he has full responsibility for, do you think if they did something that goes wrong on your job or property will they take care of it as any ethical company would? I my guess is no. As far as I’m concerned this is an unethical company and I would strongly recommend you not do business with them.
