I advised Mr. Coleman of my budget prior to his coming out for the estimate and also during my conversations with him. Unfortunately, his price was a bit too high and was over my budget.
I appreciated his taking the time to provide me with a clear estimate. He was very professional and was very timely in responding to my request for an estimate.
