We purchased a resale home built by Ron Lewis in 2006 and have had several problems with the plumbing due to PVC in contact with copper. We have chosen to address these ourselves. However, a problem with the construction of the master bath shower which we believe the previous owner concealed is now ours to contend with also. The subcontractor failed to wrap the shower pan up the walls 6" as is now required and patched two pans together without sealing them together. Add to that, the slope of the shower floor did not carry all water to the drain. Water was seeping under the wall to the jetted tub area. Ron is aware of the problem and not interested in helping us.
