I would NOT recommend Ronald Parzuchowski for any type of building work whether it be residential or commercial. We bought a spec home from him and he would not honor his one year warranty for some chalking that needed to be done on the outside of the house and a small crack in the ceiling inside the house. He is by far the worst contractor I've ever dealt with! He is not knowledgable for doing this type of work even though he may present himself to be, its all a front to get one to believe that he's the best out there. If you disagree with him, he'll threaten you with a lawsuit. He's been in litigation with the city of Livonia for several infractions while developing neighborhoods within the city. He' also been at odds with several homeowners that have purchased homes from him. Best thing anyone can do is walk away from him and find another contractor that is much more qualified and honest. Buyer beware!!
