This contractor walked off the job without finishing any of the 3 projects (roofing, painting the house soffit and fascia, and building a new porch. The porch has only 3/4 of the support structure done with no materials delivered as promised--I had already paid for the Trex porch flooring, new steps, railings all around, vinyl roof, and lattice to mention just a few unfinished projects, I already paid him 62K and yet he demanded MORE $$$ to finish the jobs. I refused to pay more until he finished what I had already paid for! So he said he "ain't doing nothing" unless I give him $7 K, so I refused to pay any more until all the work was done as contracted...So I have already seen a lawyer and also intend to file criminal charges with the magistrate. Avoid this man like the unscrupulous con man he is.

The worst contractor ever. Run away...a very unethical and shady operation. Will steal from Seniors with no remorse. Cheapest quality materials are being substituted for originally agreed on construction materials. Will also take your personal property when possibly or hopefully completeing job.
Beware, stay far away from them.

I had leaks in a roof that I had been chasing for 10 years. I got to the point that I had to start fixing the plaster cealing and walls and replace another roof.
I called George , he called back that day , and came over that evening.I mentioned that I did the roof and had to make sure that house would not get into worse shap due to leaking.
He gave me a quote and said that there " would be no surprises" .
He was up on the roof the whole day.
He took care of more issues than was written on the contract
Like he said from the start, ther was no extra charges.
