My dream was to build a large custom home in the heart of Pinetree estates in Parkland Florida. I met with a number of builders, what a bunch of charters. I even had one try to make me sign a contract and give him a check for $100,000 at our first meeting before he even look at the plans. From the moment I met Victor I knew he was the one to build my dream. He as honest, easy to talk to, Understood my needs. He wears his heart on his sleeve. He built my home through some of the toughest time this country ever seen. He brought my dream to a reality. My family and I would like to thank you Víctor for everything you have done for us.

Víctor the owner of Ronin Development is in my opinion the only decent and competent GC left in S. Fl . He stepped in to help us after some incompetent idiot ran with the finances for doing a detached building construction. Victor came to our little project to help us as he is just a good person as this was not the caliber of the huge jobs that he usually undertake . He has to clean up a huge mess of mistakes done from a foundation 2 feet low and indirectly placed tie beams. This was more hazzle that money was worth it to him but he saw the project through beyond our expectations. His integrity is more rare than a golden unicorn in this town . I will forever consider him a good friend ! There is absolutely nobody else out there like him and nobody else we would ever trust to build but him . Thank you from the bottom of our heart Vic !
