I have used Ronnie on a number of occasions and have been happy until this last job. He said it would be about $1000 and it ended up to be $1700. I hand my kitchen regrouted and said I did NOT want the grout that had a purple hue to it. Long and short of it I ended up with the grout that had the purple hue to it....it looks awful!! He had shown me a sample and I agreed but it didn't show any purple, I did call him and asked if I could stain it to another color and he said yes and will find out the info and send it to me...still waiting
Sad that I will never use him again as I was totally taken advantage of on this product...he saved a couple of dollars but has lost a lot of dollars that we would have used him in the future
