Terrible attitude terrible customer service terrible business. Do not waste your time with this company. Ron is rude and his grandson not capable of cleaning pools.

Ron was late showing up to his scheduled service time and then refused to service my pool because the cover was on even though I was willing to take it off causing him zero delay. He was rude and disrespectful and it was not the first time. Do not recommend.

Ron quit on me zero notice, he showed up and left my pool dirty with a not that said as of today I quit. So I called him to ask what’s happened he told me my pool is to hard and he will not waste his time. Now mind you that my pool has been under his care for almost three years. I got no notice no call just a rude letter
