I paid for two truckloads of "loam" to be spread 4 to 6 inches deep over my backyard garden beds and on a portion of new lawn where some pavers were taken up. I later discovered this garden loam was a mess of large pebbles and bits of broken glass and sand with some soil mixed in. No child could ever safely walk barefoot on the lawn now. I'm out 1,500 I paid him (foolishly I had to leave before they were finished and paid then.) and out the cost of having new guys come take up that dangerous junk they called "loam." They also didn't remove the flagpole, and some cement blocks and decorative rocks left by previous owner, which was agreed in the price. Texted and emailed Rony 3 times to ask when he would return and finish, and fix the lawn as well. No reply. The two stars are for the men he sent who were polite and hardworking, though didn't complete the agreed job. My friend who recommended him said, "OH! That's where the bits of glass and pebbles are coming from." grrr!

Hired him to take down 6 large pines. They did a decent job removing the trees, but left a huge mess from stump grinding! So big a mess that it cost me another $1k to clean up after him! He claimed that that was how they always left it! Plus they walked off with one of my expensive trash cans, and wouldn't return it. Beware!!!
