Awful experience with this roofer. Did not stand behind their work. Had shingles falling off of our roof within weeks of their work. Ken Livesay reluctantly came back to 'fix'. Weeks after this fix, more shingles have fallen off the roof. I called to explain the situation and he said 'mmhmm, I get it, the wind blows', and he reiterated '...yup, the weather changes'. Use Roof Brokers and Ken Livesay at your own risk.
