UPDATE BEWARE **UNPROFESSIONAL OFFICE STAFF
The owner of this company is ***Brandon Losik***and he is perfectly fine with unprofessional childish behavior from his office staff and has made it perfectly clear that his office staff can do whatever say whatever behave however and not handle issues with his customer's. Beware THEIR employees who work outside of the office are very professional but their office staff behavior is that of high school girls.
I will do my very best to absolutely never ever have to deal with this company ever again..
***It really explains why his office stuff behaves the way they do because they know he doesn't care..I hope his wife and mother have the same experiences then he might actually care..
Update management was not informed about my complaint management was not informed that I needed to speak to someone and my emails of complaint were never given to members of management. The owners had no idea I was trying to reach them.... That would be very alarming to me.. that my employees aren't telling me about issues.

IN the beginning my experience with this company was great they had an employee come out and check the roof everything was fine but now their employees one specifically Tabitha she's extremely dismissive and will just ignore everything that you're saying just to book an appointment .. being outright dismissive of a customer's complaints and schedule an appointment and not address the issue at hand is a problem for me I asked to speak to a supervisor they claim the supervisor wasn't available I asked to know who owned the company they refuse to tell me who owned the company
its public record ?♂️ Tabitha has a very bad phone side manner their phone calls are recorded and I called three or four separate times and spoke to them numerous times about my frustrations and about the unprofessionalism from Tabitha as an employee..when your concerns and frustrations are dismissed from someone who sounds like they're still in high school it makes you side eye the company as a whole. The only thing good about this company so far is the employees they have coming to our homes they are very professional and helpful . -

I don't anything about roofs. I hope they did a good job. To early to assess their work. Time of signing the contract until the beginning of project took almost two months.

chris bolster was very professional in all our dealings, even my insurance adjuster said so. george and his roofing crew were great. they did great work and clean up was very good, found no nails or other items in my yard. i would reccomend roof commander highly.

They are an excellently rated company, but seem to have a problem scheduling and keeping to the time when a roof is to be finished. My roof was to be done 3 weeks ago, but I'm still waiting.

THE EXPERIENCE WAS TERRIBLE. FROM START TO FINISH, NO ONE SPOKE ENGLISH, MY ROOF LOOK LIKE HELL , THE SHINGLES IS OF VERY POOR QUALITY. ONCE THEY GET THE JOB THEY HAVE NO TIME FOR YOU DO NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS. I WOULD NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY, THEY DO NOTHING THEY SAY THEY WILL DO. THE MANAGER RYAN DOES NOT CALL BACK AND LEFT A BUNCH OF NAILS IN MY DRIVEWAY. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS COMPANY. UNABLE TO COMMUNICATE WITH THE STAFF OF UNSKILLED LABORERS WORKING ON THE ROOF. REGRET HIRING THIS COMPANY. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY TO DO YOUR ROOF.
