Roof Masters

Roof Masters of Windham, Maine re-did a mobile home roof and addition 6 years ago. They offered a 10 year warranty on the roof they replaced. The roof is leaking in several places and black mold is starting to appear in a couple rooms. They attempted to make repairs 3-4 times but leaks are still there. We are going to be taking them to court to have them pay to have another more competent roofer do it properly. I would not recommend Roof Masters for any type of roof repair.

They "installed" a flat roof many years ago and it was clear by what they left after they where done that they had no idea how to install EPDM. Leaked like a sieve the first rain and seams were not properly sealed nor was it correctly overlapped anywhere. This company is the reason roofers have a bad reputation.

They did great work, easy to work with and kept in contact throughout the process. Would definitely recommend!

My experience with Roof Masters was great. They did a great job in a timely manner. Showed up when they said they would and cleaned up like they were never there.

The girls in the office were incredibly pleasant. I had a lot of questions about the financing and they were very helpful and made it a lot easier of a process.
It took about a week to schedule and the roofers were here and gone in two days. Everyone was very professional and friendly. There was some extra shingles left on the side of the house when I called they sent someone over that day to clean up the mess.

The install crews arrived at my home a little later in the morning than I had expected, however, they went straight to work, worked through lunch and continued to just before dusk. The crew was professional and was careful to avoid damaging my plants around my home and took care to place tarps to catch most of the shingles, nails and scraps from the project.

They followed through with every detail and the staff was in communication with us on the timing and execution and Mark sent pictures while I was at work! Roof Masters of Maine is a scam, dont hire them. They pretend to be a corporation, its a lie. BEWARE !! you dont want them to install your roof. we hired them, the owner never came to our job and wouldn't pay his workers till they finished. The workers were very angry, the pattern of roof is way off and they did a horrible job with the drip edge. No phone calls ever returned.

Awful customer service. When they were hired and paid to repair a leak in my roof, they said their work was guaranteed for a year. But the leak remained. Over a period of two weeks, they never returned a single phone call. When I went to their "Corporate Headquarters", I found their sign on top of an abandoned building. Now, I am forced to file suit against them in District Court.
