    Restore the metal roof as advertised

    The initial work appears to be as advertised however after two years+/- during a storm it poured a leak upstairs in the bathroom. When I called about it the new repair man was nice enough to make an appointment to check it out, however numerous calls later he never came, but when I last called he was belligerent and. hung up yelling giving me no chance to get another time to come see what repair my roof needed, after assuring it was not his job. His father, a very nice elderly gentleman, did the initial work, but had retired at 72. Each time I tried to get the leak repaired I was told there was no guarantee for the work, but Mr. Lester Mobley had told me when I ask how long would the repair last he replied, "For 20 years." I smiled and told him that was OK as I would not live that long. His son, Marrise Mobley, was the last person who was to come check out the problem, but Ms Mariam Cunningham, owner of Roof Menders, Conshohockan, PA (moved to Southern Pines, NC) called to assure me there was no contract, thereby they were not responsible for repair work, that I would have to get someone local to repair the leak and finish he roof mending, and she would send my son,Daniel, who initially got Roof Menders to do the work, a check for $300.00 to defer the cost of repairing the leak.If Roof Menders work was as good as they advertise there would be no leak, or they would never hesitate to repair it for their namesake. I paid thousands of dollars to repair a roof and ended up with a new leak I didn't have before.
