As soon as they got my deposit -no communication whatsoever-and they were disrespectful of our property, damaged our personal property, and were disrespectful to us. They threw their clothes on top of my new screens on lanai-not caring if they tear them. Got nails on my foot, in the pool and around the house.They did a terrible job. Shingles aren't all sealed, the roof has ripples and trusses showing and soft spots. It's more important for then to do QUANTITY work NOT QUALITY. They ignore your calls. BUYER BEWARE! DON'T MAKE THIS GRAVE MISTAKE. Oh, and this was paid with our $$, NOT Insurance $$. Then the general manager TYLER FORREY threatens and bullies you. And threatens to lien your home. When we show up to office - the coward that threatens a woman- doesn't come out. Sad but true. This is my personal experience with this company. And my personal opinion.... since he threatened to sue me for my comments. Per my attorney I have the right to express my opinion and they're all true and on video and texts. Save yourself the headache.

For the first time in my life, I had to deal with hurricane Ian, Insurance company and replacement of the roof in my house….
Frankly I didn’t know were to start from…… I was new to all of this so I decided to ask my friend and neighbor Tim W. whom had a RoofRx sign on his lawn. Without hesitations he recommended Matt Seeler at RoofRx.
I called Matt Seeler at beginning of April 2023, he seemed to be very busy and so he was short on words but a few days later he had a contract for me that was easy to read and understand. Basically Roof RX was going to replace anything needed to have a completely new roof.
On June 21 2023 the roof was completely done and it looks fantastic…. I liked the old roof but I like the new one even better. Roof Rx done a very good job and I didn’t have any problems at all with the company or Matt, I called him a few times and he always returned my call not necessarily on time but always. Like I said Matt is short on words but he produces what he promises.
Thank you Roof RX and thank you Matt Seeler, it was a pleasure to deal with you and will be a pleasure to deal with you again.
