Although the work was done in one day, they unfortunately didn't protect the driveway when working. They left behind a LARGE oil stain from one of their vehicles in the driveway, tar and nails all over the cement, and two large gouges out of the concrete. Upon contacting them they sent someone over to remove the oil stain and pick up the nails, but it only slightly lightened the stain...and the tar stains were left all over the driveway. We contacted them the same day and they said they would come back on Monday, but never did. It's been a week now since our roof was replaced and there aren't any signs they are going to fix or reimburse us for the damage done to the driveway. They also stuck a sign up in our yard, collected two payments in total (with no receipts provided), and left. To have the sign put up in the yard we were supposed to receive a $500 check, but there's no word on that. Lastly, they went quite a bit over the quoted price and what was agreed to be covered by the insurance company. We only found out after the roof was complete and aren't sure when/if we will get billed for anything the insurance company doesn't agree to cover. We tried communicating with the roofers and asked to speak with their boss, but they didn't speak English so they couldn't answer us. I genuinely feel like I got scammed.
