    Gutter Repairs

    Please read the complete review, It will help you in the long run.

    DO NOT HIRE this roofing company for any type of repairs or new installs-

    I hired this company to have a gutter repaired and one downspout installed (2nd was advised by the owner of the company) .. The workmanship looks as tho a 3rd grader did the soldering. He is able to do a good job as far as coming up with excuses on why the work couldn't be done to my sanctification..

    The first try of completion of work, I went to inspect the work and half the solder joints broke . After more inspection on my part I found many more item that didn't meet the lowest of standards. The back of the gutter (that needed the repair) wasn't soldered instead, was smeared with caulking and an excuse was given. The main gutter was pulled away from the wall 3 - 4 inches. The 2nd "new" downspout was 6-7 inches off the ground (needed to be at the most 4 inch's to keep water from splashing on the house). There were many more problems with the "Completed work". So I ask the worker (The owners son) to have his father come by the next day.

    He arrived in the morning and took the downspouts off the house and claimed to replace with new. The downspouts he put back up were the same just switched. To cover the short coming of the new install he placed a cement diverter to make it look that the downspout was the correct length. As far as the repair to the gutter it was never done correctly. when they were done with the excuses, I asked what was the warranty for the repairs. I was told 1 year. WoW just think if I needed it to be looked at in the middle of winter.

    I had the gutter inspected by two different company and both recommended I have "Roofing Responsibly" come back out to have them corrected a third time. I have called, sent e-mails many times with no answer back.
