A. As soon as a solar company installs solar on your roof, you've lost your roof warranty on that particular shingle. By also using RoofTek Solar we blanket your roof warranty on whatever your original warranty is.
One Company and One Invoice
B. By doing your roof and solar with same company, we provide you one invoice that includes the roof and solar cost on one invoice thus helping you get a larger tax credit on your roof and solar project.
Strength of Company
C. Traditional solar companies come and go as they as dependent on the federal tax credit to stay in business. RoofTek's primary product is roofing which has no federal tax credit alone, when your roof needs to be re-roofed it's time to get it down regardless of the economy. Our secondary product is solar. The strength of our company can foresee a longer period of business versus the solar companies out there dependent on the solar ITC tax credit to be extended.

- Building permit records show that Rooftek has worked on 28 permitted projects.
We hired RoofTek based on positive ratings. We have had nothing but problems. Roofing quality was poor at best and we still have ongoing problems. Unqualified subcontractors and laborers. We have a large home with a complex roofline and they were obviously not qualified. Beware of this company unless you have a very simple roof. Their marketing is slick and fast and most importantly, misleading. Did not deliver on promised/contracted work. Left us worse off and thousands in additional damage to our home. We have yet to see the warranty we were promised.
