We hired Rooftop Warriors LLC to construct an 16 x 18 lean to roof above a concrete patio in our back yard. With this construction we also wanted two skylights to be installed. From when the original velux skylights were installed up until now the roof will leak in multiple spots during heavy rains. Rooftop Warriors is aware of this and will not fix the issue at this point saying they've done everything they can and refusing to return. I have had multiple companies out to assess the work and and determine damages. I have filed an insurance claim with their insurance company and they had sent an inspector to assess, and perform a water test. I had hired an inspector to compile an inspection report while the water test was being performed by by the insurance company's inspector. Everyone has all pointed out numerous things done incorrectly and also noted that the way the roof is connected to the existing house structure (siding, brick work, and roof areas) was all done incorrectly.
